LOCAL
We can reach the job by car and it’s close enough to our home base that we can leave here with adequate time to get to you.

ALMOST LOCAL
Usually locations that are 30+ miles from home base within California that it’s more efficient to spend the night in the area so we’re not walking zombies from excessive travel (read: unexplained traffic and bad drivers) and can be in tip-top shape for your event. We charge a flat rate of $550 to Southern California, to cover travel and lodging.

FOREIGN
A job location that will require us to travel by plane or boat.

Local destinations (San Francisco/Bay Area) are included in package pricing. If it’s somewhere Almost Local or Foreign, mileage, and/or additional travel fees will have to be billed. We promise to travel as thrifty as possible – like bunking with another provider if necessary or taking a train if it’s cheaper than a flight. But we draw the line at hitch-hiking, because we watch too many crime dramas on tv and we can’t do our job if we’re being held hostage somewhere.

nope. do any of us really need anything? let us break it down for you: you can get married without a planner and neither we or anyone else can tell you otherwise… but having one can make your life easier.
